Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 2026

These terms set out the basis on which ToolzKit is made available. They are deliberately short and written in plain language. Using the site means you accept them.

Acceptance

By accessing toolzkit.online you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site. No account is required to use ToolzKit, so acceptance is signalled by use rather than by signing anything.

What ToolzKit provides

ToolzKit provides a collection of free browser-based utilities together with explanatory content. The tools are provided for general use. They are not professional advice of any kind, and their output should be verified before it is relied upon in a context where a mistake would matter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ToolzKit to:

  • Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure or other users' devices.
  • Interfere with the site's availability, including through automated traffic that places an unreasonable load on it.
  • Reproduce the site's written content wholesale to publish elsewhere as your own.
  • Generate credentials, tokens or codes for the purpose of unauthorised access to systems you do not control.

Your content

You keep every right in the text, code and files you put into a tool. Because that content is processed in your browser and never transmitted to us, we acquire no licence to it and hold no copy of it. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to process whatever you paste in.

Our content

The ToolzKit name, wordmark, interface design, written guides and tool descriptions are protected by copyright and remain our property. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, or present the site's content as your own.

Output produced by a tool from your own input belongs to you. Nothing in these terms restricts what you do with it.

Availability

ToolzKit is offered free of charge and without any guarantee of uptime. Pages may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents or updates. Tools may be changed, renamed or withdrawn. Where a tool's address changes, we will try to keep the old address working.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output is accurate, complete or suitable for your use case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profit, revenue or opportunity, nor for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or inability to use ToolzKit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Because tool processing happens on your own device, you remain responsible for keeping backups of anything important before transforming it.

Third-party links

Some pages link to external resources for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use ToolzKit after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing approach and contact

Any dispute should first be raised by email at info@toolzkit.online, and we will make a genuine attempt to resolve it informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be handled under the law applicable to the operator's place of residence, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
